Phal. Jiaho's Pink Girl
(Mini - Phalaenopsis)

Phalaenopsis are available in all sizes. Hobbyist have a wide range to choose from. Broadly speaking the mini phals are suitable for indoor use as well as outdoor. They are available with and without spikes.

Leafspan is sometimes used to measure the size of phalaenopsis. It is the measurement of span between a leaf tip to the opposite leaf tip. Mini Phals are capable of flowering when they have leafspans as small as 4 inches.

Phals, with proper culture, could reach flowering size from seedlings within one or two years. Seedlings of phal are well known for their fast growth potential.
